Aaron Krigelski, Principal
Since I began making eBriefs in 2000, I have prepared thousands of interactive filings for some of the largest litigation in the United States. I have created eBriefs for nearly all of the Federal jurisdictions in the United States as well as many state courts, numerous arbitrators and mediators, and specialized venues such as the International Trade Commission (ITC), International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and Interational Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID).
I spent 11 years as the lead eBrief designer at one of the largest litigation consulting firms in the country. Today, I am the co-owner of Strut Legal, Inc. and am dedicated to serving the legal community through eBrief training and education, and eBrief creation.
Samantha Gill, Principal
I began my career in litigation consulting in 1999 at the nation’s largest litigation services firm. While there, I managed presentation technology and eBrief projects for law firms across the country, working closing with attorneys, paralegals, and litigation support staff. Additionally, I consulted with legal professionals in law firms and at the corporate level to develop presentation strategies for budgets of all sizes. I thoroughly enjoy partnering with law firms, getting to know what my clients need, and developing the best solution for their practice.
Christine Falcicchio, Esq., Principal
I have been managing the creation of eBrief projects since 2005. During my time in this field, I have conducted numerous CLEs and presentations to educate the legal industry on the efficacy of eBriefs. My previous speaking engagements include NYCLA, DRI, and ARIAS-US events, as well as presentations for many law firm practice groups. Additionally, I have authored several articles on eBriefs. My experience as a judicial extern for the Hon. Alfred J. Lechner, Jr., U.S. District Court, New Jersey, helped me to understand firsthand how eBriefs simplify the review of filings.
